We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To accommodate all guests, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled. If a member cancels on the same day or does not show, the service will be marked as received. Should there be no remaining service balance, the payment method on file will be charged for the scheduled service(s).
