Refund Policy – Spa Services & Packages

At Wellness Essential Solutions, we value your time and strive to provide a calming and professional experience. To ensure fairness and uphold quality service standards, we’ve outlined the following refund policy:

Appointments

  • Full refunds are offered for cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or more.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds, but may receive limited rescheduling accommodations.

 

Prepaid Services

  • Refunds for unused prepaid packages are available within 5 days of purchase only if any session hasn't been redeemed . After this period, spa credit may be offered at management’s discretion.

  • Used or partially used packages are not eligible for full refunds.

 

Gift Cards

  • All gift card sales are final. They do not expire, but are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

 

Events & Workshops

  • Full refunds for cancellations made 72 hours in advance.

  • No refunds within 72 hours, but credits may apply.
