Refund Policy – Spa Services & Packages
At Wellness Essential Solutions, we value your time and strive to provide a calming and professional experience. To ensure fairness and uphold quality service standards, we’ve outlined the following refund policy:
Appointments
Full refunds are offered for cancellations with 24 hours’ notice or more.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds, but may receive limited rescheduling accommodations.
Prepaid Services
Refunds for unused prepaid packages are available within 5 days of purchase only if any session hasn't been redeemed . After this period, spa credit may be offered at management’s discretion.
Used or partially used packages are not eligible for full refunds.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final. They do not expire, but are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
Events & Workshops
Full refunds for cancellations made 72 hours in advance.
No refunds within 72 hours, but credits may apply.
