Cancellations & Rescheduling: Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Without timely notice, the full cost of the reserved service will apply. Separate policies cover spa parties.

Gift Cards: Online gift certificates and in-store gift cards are valid toward spa services but cannot be exchanged for cash. Please present gift cards before your appointment.
